The passage of the IRA truly marks 2022 as a historic year for USA. Thanks David & Cathy for your important work. I’d like to suggest that David interview CA State Senator Josh Becker regarding Senate Bill 49, proposing state incentives for solar parking lot canopies on all existing large parking lots, presumably including integrated stationary battery storage & V2G chargers. Note that this would be similar to the recent French mandate for solar canopies on all lots with 80 or more spaces within 5 years, and within 3 years for lots with hundreds of spaces. These will become micro grid hubs networked across typical communities.
